1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hs88 platform available at hs88.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and hs88 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the hs88 platform and close your account. Continued use of any hs88 service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the hs88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and hs88.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on hs88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. hs88 will request identity documents to verify your age before permitting real-money play or processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual users under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of hs88 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the hs88 platform for any reason, including for breach of these Terms.

When completing registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on hs88 at any given time. The existence of duplicate accounts, whether intentional or not, will result in all associated accounts being reviewed, with bonuses voided and potential permanent suspension applied.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hs88 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your hs88 account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is your sole responsibility. hs88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hs88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT, and BTC. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at hs88's discretion.

All deposits are credited to your hs88 wallet in PKR at the time of successful transaction confirmation. hs88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which hs88 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the hs88 account dashboard at the time of request.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be satisfied before the affected portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• hs88 targets withdrawal processing within one hour under normal operating conditions; actual processing times may be affected by payment provider timelines beyond hs88's control.

hs88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for withdrawals above defined thresholds. Such checks are conducted for anti-money laundering compliance and player protection purposes and are not optional.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hs88 offers various bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, and sports betting promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all hs88 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The applicable contribution rates are set out in each individual offer.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports selection is limited as stated in the individual bonus terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6 Games & Betting Rules

All casino games available on the hs88 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or sourced from live dealer studios, and are independently audited for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the individual game information panel.

Sports betting on hs88 covers a range of markets including but not limited to Pakistan Super League (PSL) cricket, international cricket tours, football, tennis, UFC, and basketball. The following general rules apply to all games and betting activity on hs88:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided by the player after confirmation except in circumstances where hs88 determines that a material error has occurred.

hs88 makes no guarantee of the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games and markets may be removed or suspended at any time for regulatory, technical, or commercial reasons.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hs88 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, creating accounts under fictitious identities, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any respect.
• Collusion: Conspiring or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the hs88 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or calculation faults to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known errors are not valid and will be voided.

• Account Sharing or Transfer: Permitting any other person to access or operate your hs88 account, or transferring your account to another individual for any reason.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hs88 platform — including but not limited to the hs88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hs88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hs88 platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any hs88 content without prior written authorisation from hs88.

Any unauthorised use of hs88 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action being taken against the infringing party.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hs88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hs88 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

hs88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hs88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hs88 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events outside hs88's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services. hs88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit hs88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

hs88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform and player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should always be engaged in within personal financial limits that each individual player sets for themselves.

hs88 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications alerting you when you have been active on the platform for a duration you define.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions lasting from 24 hours up to six weeks, during which time deposits and gameplay are suspended.

11 Account Closure & Termination

hs88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hs88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. The forfeiture of deposited real-money funds shall be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable regulations and the specific circumstances of the breach.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which hs88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with hs88's support team shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted in writing to hs88 via [email protected] with a clear description of the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. hs88 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 28 days of receipt.

Where a dispute relates to game outcomes, hs88 will review server-side game logs and, where applicable, refer to official third-party data providers to determine the correct outcome. The decision of hs88's designated dispute resolution officer, subject to any escalation rights available under the applicable licensing framework, shall be final and binding.

13 Amendments

hs88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, hs88 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address held on account or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the hs88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
